On behalf of the House of Alpha Rho Lambda of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the Education Foundation will host its Community Achievement Luncheon: A Celebration of Visionary Leadership, Saturday, December 5, 2009, 11:30A, at Villa Milano Restaurant, Columbus, Ohio. The luncheon is intended to publicly acknowledge, embrace, and encourage transformative acts of leadership and recognize service through our Jewel Awards.
Our guest speaker for this event will be Mr. Kevin Boyce, Treasurer for the State of Ohio. Our emcee will be Mr. Jerry Revish, WBNS 10-TV. Special guests will be featured in addition to music, vendors and door prizes.

ARL EDUCATION FOUNDATION
The Alpha Rho Lambda Education Foundation was founded in April of 1979 by the Columbus Alumni Chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. to promote scholarship and youth development. Since its inception, the Foundation has provided over $75,000 in scholarships to deserving students in the Central Ohio area, as well as, provided personal, educational, and social development experiences to well over 1,000 youth in our community.
The Foundation (Tax ID No. 31-1010069) is an IRS-approved 501(c)3 Charitable Corporation, thus all contributions are tax-deductible.
